Appearing in a new world without warning, Lamb must search for power and meaning both. He will join with stoic and vengeful Vera, wise and mysterious Jorge, and bookish and bitter Nathlan as they take justice from the cold, dead hands of their enemies and have a bloody good time while doing so.

It's a hard world, but that doesn't mean you have to be miserable, right?
Blood and Brine
Blood and Brine is a short story written for the RoyalRoad short fiction competition in Janyuary 2025. Its a brief 10 chapters of fun fantasy, with a little flavouring of horrors, based on the prompt 'dead men tell the best tales'.

Radagan Greymane, an ex pirate lord, has been rotting in a cell for years awaiting execution, but when a brutal string of murders rocks the capital, he is given a shot at freedom. With a vampire-hunter leading the expedition to find the beast responsible, Radagan is drafted to help them navigate the dangerous waters of the Howling Peninsula.
As they search, the corpse of a young boy tells a cruel and dangerous tale, and Radagan learns that things may not be as simple as he had hoped. As he seeks to reclaim his place on the high-seas, he must overcome the magic of the wytch-hunter, the corruption of the vampire, and the might of the Cerevisian navy.

But is there a greater danger lurking below, seeking to reclaim the seas from even the dreaded Cannon-Hand?

The Amansi Chronicles
The Amansi Chronicles is a progression fantasy cultivation story inspired by ancient Egypt. 'The Eye of Amin-Ra' is the first book in the series, currently under development.
​This story is planned for at least six books and likely over a million words. Book 1 will be releasing on RoyalRoad and Patreon in December 2025.

Heshtat once had everything a young cultivator could dream of; power many would kill for, a purpose to guide his blade, even a secret and forbidden love. But when he failed to protect his Pharaoh from the horrors of the Otherworld, he lost it all. Stripped of his cultivation, forced to watch from afar as his home fell to ruin, he languished in exile while the undying Pharaohs that rule Amansi inched ever closer to war.

A decade later, with things at their most dire, he is given the chance to fulfil his broken oath and repair his shattered soul. Called to service by Queen Cleosiris, he is tasked with venturing across the Endless Desert to retrieve an artifact that can prevent a slaughter – the Eye of Amin-Ra.

But a dangerous journey requires dangerous companions. A high priest with a schizophrenic shadow will be his guide, a Tomb Guard with a hero complex will be his shield, a snarky dungeon-delver will keep him grounded, and a fast-talking fixer will grease any hands raised against him. And Heshtat? He’ll be the questing blade of his queen, as he always should have been.

A thousand years of history stands against him. Will he succeed, or be swallowed by the burning sands?
